Performance & Hardware
The MediaTek Helio arrives with octa-core CPU, where 4x ARM Cortex-A73 cores are clocked @2.1GHz, while, the other four low-frequency cores are pointed @2.0GHz. The Helio P90 is powered by the 4x Cortex-A75 cores clocked @2.2GHz and other 4x Cortex-A55 cores clock @2.0GHz. Moreover, the Helio G90T packs 2x latest Cortex-A76 cores clocked @2.05GHz and rest of the 6x cores are pointed @2.0GHz. These chipsets are built on TSMS’s 12n technology having a 64-bit architecture.
Since the Cortex-A76 cores are the latest one and more powerful compared to the Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A73, the CPU department is dominated by the Helio G90T. Subsequently, The Helio P90 gives a strong competition followed by the Helio P70. Doesn’t matter who wins the race, but all three are very capable processors to provide a seamless multitasking experience.
Further, Helio P70 andP90 supports up to 8GB LPDD4X RAM, and 10GB LPDDR4X RAM on Helio G90T with marginally faster 2166MHz compared to 1866MHz on other two. When it comes to GPU, the Helio P70 is coupled with Mali-G72 MP3 @900MHz, Helio P90 adds IMG PowerVR GM 9446 @970MHz and Mali-G76 3EEMC4 on Helio G90 / G90T @800MHz. Unarguably, the latest Mali-G76 3EEMC4 found on Helio G90T is more powerful and power-efficient GPU. The MTK G90T also comes with additional gaming optimizations, which the MediaTek calls HyperEngine technology.

Camera & Display
In the optics department, all three are capable to run up to Dual 24MP + 16MP rear and front cameras, but there is a significant difference in the single camera. The Helio G90T can go to 64MP single camera, while, other two are restricted to 48MP single camera. Although higher megapixel doesn’t give any guarantee for good snaps, optimizations are way more important.
The Helio G90T comes with tri-core Image Signal Processing (ISP) to precess images rapidly compared to dual-core ISP found on Helio P90 and P70. Overall, the camera department is more optimized on Helio G90T, also has an advantage of higher megapixel count. All three can record up to 2160 x 3840p video, 720p @120fps slo-mo are exclusive to Helio G90T. Phpstorm activation server. Apart from that, these SoCs support up to 1080 x 2520 pixels Full HD+ display.

Connectivity & More
All of the chipsets come with the integrated 4G model, where the Helio P70 has 300 Mbps download and 150Mbps upload speed, which improves further on Helio G90 and P90 with 600 Mbps download and same 150Mbps upload speed.
All the essential connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 5 (a/b/g/n/ac), Beidou, Galileo, Glonass, GPS, NFC, and FM radio are present on all three. There is a slight downgrade in Bluetooth on Helio P70, as it comes with Bluetooth 4.2 support, while, the other two supports the latest Bluetooth 5.0. Apart from that, some exclusive MediaTek technologies such as CorePilot, Imagiq, NeuroPilot, Pump Express, Pump Express Wireless, Response Time Enhancement are available on the all processors.
